For one fleeting moment

You were here

You made me feel like

A teenager again

I knew from the start

You had a hold

On my heart

The few stolen moments

We shared

When and if we dared

You were my fantasy come true

But I knew

I could not have you

My life

Does not allow for this love

For you see,

I have another love

And I cannot say

In all honesty

That my other love

Means nothing to me

And I will not hurt him

So my love

Please understand

For if it were another place
